We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative functions, while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Records & Payroll:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely processing of payroll.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and performance documentation.

Employee Engagement & Communication:
Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace environment.
Address employee queries and grievances promptly, ensuring employee satisfaction.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Develop and update HR policies as needed, communicating changes effectively to staff.

Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Assist managers in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.

HR Data Analysis:
Generate reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment status to aid decision-making.
